e-Visa Applicants need to apply for a "Turkish Tourist eVisa" online. An applicant is eligible for a "Turkish eVisa" if he/she has a valid visa or residence permit from a Schengen Area country, Ireland, the UK, or the US. Once approved by the Immigration Department of an Electronic Copy (softcopy) of the Visa will be sent to the Applicant’s Email. Tourist Visa The standard “eVISA for Tourist” is valid for 180 days (from the VISA issue date) for a Single Journey to Turkey. The Visitor is allowed to stay in Turkey for no more than 30 consecutive days in both cases. Visitors under tourist visas are not allowed to accept any unauthorized employment, attend school, or represent any foreign information media during their stay in Turkey.
